- Digital Products: Digital product purchases, such as downloadable software, are non-cancellable once the order is completed, as digital products are delivered immediately.
- Services: If you have ordered a service (e.g., web development, SEO) and wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations for ongoing services may incur a cancellation fee depending on the project’s progress.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Physical Products: Refunds for canceled physical products will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Digital Products: Digital products are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered.
- Services: For service cancellations, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis if work has already commenced. Please contact us for more details on service-related refunds.
4. Late or Denied Cancellations
- Shipped Products: Once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product.
- Non-Cancelable Services: If a service has been completed, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
5. Modification of Orders
If you need to modify an order (e.g., change product specifications or quantities), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed or shipped.
